Vladimir has a BS & MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, an MS in Applied Mathematics and Operations Research, and a Ph.D. in Engineering. He contributed to many industries, including biotechnology, computer networking, data storage, water resources planning and management, telecommunications, and transportation. Dr. Shnaydman published more than 50 papers. He is the co-author of three books.
